Vibras Productions LLC ("Vibras," "we," "us") provides done-for-you local marketing services for local service businesses in Connecticut and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:
Services are provided on a month-to-month retainer basis unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Specific deliverables and scope of work are outlined in each client's individual service agreement.
Payment is due on the first of each month. Late payments beyond 7 days may result in pause of services. We do not offer refunds on completed work or ad spend. Ad spend is separate from our management fee and is paid directly to Meta by the client.
Clients agree to provide timely access to necessary accounts, assets, and information required to deliver services. Clients are responsible for ensuring all business information provided to Vibras Productions LLC is accurate. Delays caused by client unresponsiveness may affect deliverable timelines.
All original creative content produced by Vibras Productions LLC including video, photography, copy, and ad creatives remains the property of Vibras Productions LLC until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives a license to use all deliverables for their business marketing purposes. Vibras Productions LLC reserves the right to use any work produced for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Vibras Productions LLC does not guarantee specific results from advertising campaigns. Ad performance depends on many factors including market conditions, budget, offer quality, and platform algorithms. We commit to applying our best professional judgment to optimize campaigns on your behalf.
Vibras Productions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid in the most recent 30-day period.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client will receive all paid-for deliverables completed up to the termination date. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the course of the engagement.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Connecticut.
